Syracuse Carpet Cleaning Co. did a phenomenal job cleaning the carpets in our commercial office building. They successfully removed old stains and refreshed around 23,000 square feet of carpeting, and the results exceeded our expectations. A quick walk-through when he arrives.
Steven checks the fiber type and the problem spots before he starts, and tells you plainly what will and will not come out.

Pre-treatment, agitation, and extraction.
Pet areas get an enzyme pre-spray, the carpet is agitated with a counter-rotating brush, and then everything is extracted with hot water and strong suction.

A clean rinse, then a few hours to dry.
A final rinse leaves nothing sticky behind. Most carpet is dry to the touch in two to four hours.

How long does carpet take to dry after a cleaning?
Most carpets are dry to the touch in two to four hours and fully dry within six to eight. Drying time depends on the fiber type, humidity, and airflow. We use hot-water extraction with strong suction, which removes far more moisture than rental machines or low-end equipment.
Can you remove old pet stains and odors?
Most of the time, yes. We pre-treat with an enzyme that breaks down the proteins in pet urine, then hot-water extract and finish with a deodorizing rinse. Severe cases that have soaked through to the carpet pad or subfloor sometimes need pad replacement, which we'll identify honestly during the inspection — we won't pretend a treatment will fix something it can't.
