Syracuse Carpet Cleaning Co. cleans carpet, area rugs, and upholstery for homes and businesses across Greater Syracuse and Central New York. Steven Reith started the company and runs it as an owner-operator: he takes the calls, writes the quotes, and does the cleaning.
The work is done with hot-water extraction and a counter-rotating agitator, which lifts soil out of the fiber instead of pushing it around, and with low-moisture methods where a fabric or a commercial floor calls for it. The cleaning solutions are plant-based and rinse out completely, so nothing sticky is left behind to attract dirt, and most carpet is dry to the touch in two to four hours.
The company is open 24 hours. That covers routine appointments, same-day requests, and the emergencies that come up at night: a pet accident, a flood, a spill before guests arrive.

Steven is the technician on residential jobs and the person on site for commercial work. You deal with one person from the first call to the last walk-through.

You get a number before any work starts. If something changes once he sees the carpet, he tells you before he touches it.
Plant-based solutions
The standard chemistry is biodegradable and low-VOC, rinses out completely, and is safe for kids and pets once the carpet is dry.

Steve was great to work with. While reasonably priced, his work is detailed and meticulous. He takes the time and effort to ensure every crevice was cleaned! Steven was responsive and very quick to get us in on short notice. We purchased a home, closed, and needed roughly 1600sqft of carpet cleaned with a short turn around. He quoted me a reasonable price and did amazing work! We were sure we were going to have to replace some of the carpets due to how dingy and stained they were at our final walk through--now they look nearly brand new. Syracuse Carpet Cleaning will be my first call when we need to get the rugs done again!
